Our classes are all trainer led, by our awesome team, in small groups that help you to smash your targets.

  • Yoga for Reconnecting

    Exercise you inner strength by practising proper alignment and movement in a relaxed environment.

  • HIIT For Fat Burning

    High Intensity Interval training. Short, sharp and fast paced to get your heart through the roof.

  • Strength N' Tone for Balance

    Low impact body conditioning, using light weights, resistance bands and bodyweight at varying the speeds to challenge the muscles.

  • FSX Box For Endurance

    A hard-hitting session including explosive speed, strength and willpower. it’s a boxing battle between you and your bag.

  • Ride N' Lift For Sculpting

    Prepare for a full body workout - in the saddle. Then work your arms as hard as your legs and lungs

  • Pilates For Wellbeing

    Low impact system designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture and mental awareness

Fit Camp

Wednesday and Thursday: 6:10

Best way to start your day! This all round workout led by our team of expert coaches, brings in many components of other classes. You'll benefit from some cardio and resistance training.

Coach Club

Everyday (Apart from Monday)

Each of our coaches take it in turns to host a one of a kind session. Your coach will take you through a varied workout. You'll not know what to expect until you arrive but you are sure to get a good workout. (Everyone will be catered for)

Ride N Lift

Thursday's: 19:00

Due to popular demand, this class is now also on a Thursday
High-energy, workout combines the best elements of cycling, cardio, and strength training into one dynamic session.

Mum and Baby Sessions

Bring along your little one to our weekly mum and baby class hosted by our qualified "new mum" expert, Sam. Concentrate on strength and resistance along with core work.
